Broiled Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 1/2 lb.) flank steak
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 c.)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place flank steak in glass baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over steak.
    Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, turning once.
    Place steak on broiler rack. Brush with marinade. Broil 3-inches from heat for 5 minutes.
    Turn and brush with marinade.
    Broil 3 minutes or until desired doneness.
