Farmer'S Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped Spam
    2 medium potatoes, cooked and cubed
    3/4 tsp. salt
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large pan, cook onion and green pepper in margarine.
    Add Spam, potatoes and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Cook for 10 minutes, stirring often.
    Add eggs, water, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper; pour over Spam mixture.
    Cook over low heat until set.
    Can be used as a breakfast, a dinner or for supper.
