Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 lb. hamburg
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Melt fat, brown hamburg and then add remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
    Put in greased dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
