Pork Chops And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. uncooked rice
    2 3/4 c. water
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown chops in oil.
    Combine all other ingredients and spread in a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.
    Lay chops on top and season with salt and pepper.
    Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
