Mini Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pie filling (cherry, blueberry)
    1 lb. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    18 vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except pie filling and wafers) until smooth.
    Line cupcake tins with cupcake papers.
    Put 1 vanilla wafer in each cupcake paper.
    Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Top with pie filling.
