Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green bell pepper, chopped
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 cans cream-style corn
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and pimento in a 1/2 stick of butter.
    Combine cooked rice, eggs, corn and salt and pepper to taste with the sauteed mixture.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake in casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
