Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices buttered bread, cut into cubes
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (any kind)
    5 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Sprinkle cubed bread on bottom of greased 9 x 11-inch pan. Sprinkle cooked sausage on top of bread.
    Add cheese.
    Combine eggs, salt, mustard and half and half.
    Mix with whisk beater. Pour over bread.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
