Cherry Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
2 pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 can Eagle Brand condensed sweetener
1/2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 can Comstock cherry pie filling (fruit topping is optional)
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, vanilla extract and condensed sweetener in mixing bowl.
Use blender until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour mixture into pie pan and refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours).
Smooth fruit atop pie and refrigerate 1 hour.
Serve chilled.
