El Paso Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 lb. ground beef
8 slices hot pepper cheese
1/2 c. chunky salsa
Preparation

Chop onion and green pepper finely.
Add onion, pepper, taco seasoning to meat.
Mix well.
Divide meat into 8 equal balls and form patties.
Grill to desire doneness.
Top with a slice of cheese and salsa.
Serve on hamburger buns.
Makes 8 burgers.
