Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. corn syrup
    3/4 tsp. salt
    10 or 16 oz. raw peanuts
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cook the sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt over medium heat until mixture dissolves. Add the peanuts. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook until peanuts turn brown; it will take 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add the soda. Spread mixture over foil or greased dish.
    Cool and break into pieces.
