"Cheddar" Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

2 medium potatoes, baked
4 Tbsp. cottage cheese
4 Tbsp. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 Tbsp. green chopped onions (including green portion)
4 Tbsp. plain yogurt
1 tsp. dried dill weed
paprika
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut prebaked potatoes in half.
Spoon out center of potatoes being careful not to break shells.
Blend yogurt, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese and dill weed until smooth but not creamy using an electric mixer or fork.
Add green onion. Spoon mixture into potato shells.
Sprinkle tops with paprika. Place in oven for 15 to 20 minutes until heated throughout.
