Venison Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground venison with beef suet
    1/4 c. canned milk
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 large onion, grated
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place the ingredients in large mixing bowl and blend good, then transfer to a oiled baking dish and let it sit in a cool place for about 30 minutes so that the meat will absorb the seasoning.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    If you wish, lay 2 or 3 slices of bacon over the loaf before putting it into the oven.
