Braised Chicken(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
1/4 c. seasoned flour
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. white wine
1/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Dredge chicken with flour; shake off.
Heat oil and butter; saute onions and mushrooms 5 to 7 minutes until soft.
Remove with slotted spoon.
Brown meat on both sides and remove.
Add wine to deglaze, then broth.
Return meat and vegetables.
Cover and simmer 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve with sauce.
