Chicken Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless (1/2 to 3/4 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    snipped parsley (optional)
    lemon slices (optional)
Preparation
    Cut chicken breast halves crosswise into 4 pieces.
    Place between 2 pieces of waxed paper or plastic wrap.
    Pound until 1/4-inch thick.
