Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sweet potatoes
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
    1/4 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
Preparation
    Boil potatoes about 20 minutes; drain, cool and peel.
    Cut in half lengthwise.
    In large skillet, stir sugar, margarine and syrup.
    Arrange potatoes on top (cut side down).
    Cook over low heat basting occasionally or until potatoes are well glazed.
