Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. salad oil
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 green pepper, sliced
    cooked rice (6 servings)
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper on a plate. Cut steak in 1/2-inch strips. Coat thoroughly with mixture and brown in oil in a large skillet. Add tomato sauce, water, onion, garlic and bouillon cube. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover; stir in Worcestershire sauce and green pepper. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
