Kielbasa Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. reduced fat kielbasa, cut in bite-sized pieces
1 bunch broccoli
1 large onion, diced
1 large green pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, diced
1 small pkg. mushrooms, sliced
1 head cauliflower
1/4 head cabbage, sliced
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
cornstarch
salt, pepper and Italian seasonings
3 carrots, sliced
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Brown kielbasa in large, deep skillet or wok (using oil) over medium heat.
Add onions, garlic, green peppers and mushrooms. Cook 5 to 10 minutes.
Add remaining vegetables and stir small amount of cornstarch into chicken broth (for thickening) before adding.
Season to taste.
Allow to simmer for 15 to 30 minutes on low heat.
Serve hot over rice or noodles or alone.
