Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) bag frozen, shredded hash brown potatoes
    1/4 stick butter, melted
    3/4 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) bag sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 to 1 1/2 c. Colby/Monterey Jack cheese (this comes in a bag already shredded)
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Thaw hash browns.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Place in a large casserole dish.
    Cover with foil. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 10 to 15 more minutes until golden brown.
    You can prepare the night before; refrigerate and then bake the next day.
