Molasses Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. molasses
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. hot water
1 egg (always add the egg last)
Preparation

Sift together the dry ingredients.
Add the molasses and oil to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Then add the hot water and egg and beat combined ingredients well.
Pour mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
