Chicken Curry Croquettes(Makes 16) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. Land O Lakes butter
1/2 c. Pillsbury's Best all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
2 c. ground or finely chopped cooked chicken
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. gravy extract
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 unbeaten eggs
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
Stir in flour. Gradually add milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
Add remaining ingredients, except eggs.
Stir in eggs.
Heat thoroughly, stirring constantly.
Spread in 8 or 9-inch pie pan, lined with foil.
Freeze 1 1/2 to 2 hours until partially frozen.
