Chocolate Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe Swiss chocolate cake mix
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Prepare cake mix, following directions on box.
Pour half of batter into pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
