Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vinegar
    red food coloring
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar, oil and vinegar.
    Mix well.
    Sift in flour and soda.
    Add milk slowly.
    Add flavoring and red food coloring.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 3 layers.
