Spinach Pie(This Is Great With Italian Dishes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach (frozen)
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 garlic cloves, chopped or crushed
    2 tsp. olive oil
    2 eggs
    pie crust (double crust)
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Thaw spinach and drain.
    Cook rice.
    Mix grated cheese, onions, eggs (beaten) and olive oil.
    Add remaining ingredients (rice last because it will still be hot).
    Mix well.
    Pour mixture into pie crust.
    Add top pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until crust is golden brown.
