Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    4 slices bread
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Crumble sausage, fry and drain.
    Set aside.
    In 9 x 12-inch baking dish, layer half the sausage, 2 slices bread (broken in pieces) and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Repeat the layers.
    In bowl, beat the eggs, salt, pepper, dry mustard and milk. Pour over layers in baking dish and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes and serve.
