Browned Rice(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or oleo
    1 c. raw rice
    2 can beef consomme
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Melt butter or oleo in skillet.
    Add rice.
    Saute until rice is brown, being careful not to burn.
    Stir frequently.
    Remove from heat; add beef consomme and onion (sliced thin).
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until all juice is absorbed (approximately 1 hour). Great with ham, steak or chicken.
