Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves
    1 (10 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    1 lb. green seedless grapes, halved
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 to 1 1/2 c. slivered almonds, slightly toasted
    1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook chicken and cut into large chunks.
    Mix mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce and lemon juice together.
    Add all ingredients and toss until thoroughly mixed.
    Let marinate overnight.
    If serving individually, serve in lettuce cups and garnish with pineapple chunks and avocado slices.
