Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. broccoli
    2 cucumbers, sliced
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    3 carrots
    1 (6 oz.) sliced black olives
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 (8 oz.) Italian dressing
Preparation
    Add 2 large tomatoes without the seeds and toss. Season with salt
    and
    pepper;\tchill
    about 4 to 6 hours.
    I usually blanch the
    broccoli
    and\tcarrots about 3 minutes.
    Let them cool. Don't
    cook
    broccoli
    and\tcarrots together; cook them separate.
