Heavenly Rice Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rice
1 bottle maraschino cherries
sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. large marshmallows or tiny colored ones
1 c. Cool Whip or whipped cream
Preparation

Cook rice.
Rinse and drain well, let stand and cool.
Put in maraschino cherries which have been drained and cut in half.
Add sugar to taste.
Add vanilla.
Add pineapple, drained, and marshmallows (tiny colored ones gives it a lot of color).
Add Cool Whip or whipped cream.
Place in mold and chill well before serving.
