One Pan Toffee Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. margarine, softened
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg yolk
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 pkg. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, margarine, vanilla and egg yolk with fork in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Stir in baking
    mix until moistened, mix will be crumbly.
    Press mixture evenly in pan.
    Bake until light and brown, about 16 to 18 minutes.
    Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
    Let stand until chips are softened. Spread evenly over top.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Cut into bars.
