Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can chili hot beans
    1 pkg. chili or taco seasoning
    1 can Mexicorn
    1 can nacho cheese soup
    1 pkg. yellow rice
    1 (14.5 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet and drain.
    Stir in chili seasoning.
    In 13 x 9-inch glass dish layer beef, chili hot beans and Mexicorn.
    Fix yellow rice according to package directions. When finished, stir in tomatoes and soup.
    Put this mixture on top of Mexicorn.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    About 10 minutes before done, sprinkle cheese on top and finish baking.
    For a spicy dish, use 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes instead of plain tomatoes.
