Turkey Scallopini With Sherried Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. turkey cutlets
    5 oz. onions, chopped
    8 oz. mushrooms, washed and stemmed
    2 oz. butter
    2 oz. flour
    7 oz. sherry
    3 oz. heavy cream
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet; add finely diced onions and turkey cutlets.
    Brown cutlets on both sides and remove.
    Add sherry and let thicken, stirring constantly.
    Slice mushrooms and add.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Add heavy cream as a final.
    Serve over turkey cutlets.
