Linguine With Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. medium size shrimp
    3 qt. water
    salt to taste
    4 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
    1 medium sweet red pepper
    1 medium green pepper
    3 c. canned crushed tomatoes
    fresh ground pepper to taste
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    3/4 lb. linguine
    1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
    4 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or chopped Italian parsley
Preparation
    Peel and devein shrimp.
    Bring water with salt to a boil for pasta.
    Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat and add the garlic and chopped red and green peppers.
    Add tomatoes and cook 10 minutes.
    Add oregano, salt and pepper.
