Broccoli And Cauliflower Gratin - cooking recipe

32 oz. fresh broccoli and cauliflower florets
1 1/2 c. reduced fat mayonnaise
4 oz. shredded, reduced fat Cheddar cheese
4 green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
3 Tbsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Arrange florets in steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well. Arrange florets in greased 2-quart baking dish. Stir mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients. Spoon over florets. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
