Tortilla Flats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

flour tortillas
shredded Cheddar and/or Monterey Jack cheese
your favorite hot sauce
margarine
Preparation
-
Butter and brown both sides of the tortilla in a nonstick skillet.
Cover half of the tortilla as it lays in the skillet with cheese and hot sauce.
Let melt over low heat.
Fold over into half-moon shape and flip several times, making sure cheese is heated through and tortilla does not burn.
