Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1 large or 2 small eggplants
    2 tablespoons butter
    salt to taste
    1 cup cracker crumbs
    1 cup grated cheese
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, milk, eggplant, salt and cheese.
    Cover with crackers and butter.
    First of all, peel eggplant and cut into about 1-inch squares.
    Cook 3 minutes and drain.
    Put mixture in large casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    To spice up a day, just take a minute and put a dish of loving in it.
