Macaroni And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) box macaroni
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar chopped pimento
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 lb. cheese, coarsely grated
3 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Cook macaroni and drain.
Add all ingredients.
Place in casserole. Top with crumbled Ritz crackers and butter.
Bake 25 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Will serve 12 people.
