Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. orange juice
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
4 large apples
cinnamon and sugar
Preparation

Put the first 7 ingredients into a large bowl and beat together until smooth.
Pare and slice apples.
Pour 1/2 the batter in a greased tube pan, then 1/2 the apple slices, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.
Repeat with the other 1/2 of batter, apples, cinnamon, and sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until it tests done.
