Diabetic Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh green beans
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
    3/4 c. nonfat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
    1/2 tsp. dried dill
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Wash and trim beans.
    Boil in small amounts of water until crisp and tender; drain.
    Combine beans, tomato halves and onion; set aside.
    Combine ingredients and mix well.
    Toss beans with yogurt dressing.
    Chill several hours before serving.
    Yields about 4 cups.
