Snow Ball Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
2 1/2 c. sliced pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
5 pkg. whipped topping
1 angel food cake
1 c. chopped pecans
1 can flaked coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in 5 tablespoons water.
Add 1 cup boiling water.
Add pineapple, sugar and lemon juice.
Mix well. Refrigerate until thick.
Whip 4 packages whipped topping.
Break cake into bite-sized pieces.
Add cake to topping.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Add to refrigerated mixture.
Mix.
Transfer to buttered tube pan.
Refrigerate overnight.
Whip remaining topping.
Ice cake.
Sprinkle with coconut.
