Grammie'S Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, separated and beaten
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cream the butter or margarine and sugar; add flour to egg yolks and lemon juice.
    Add milk gradually and fold in egg whites.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
