Chicken And Bouillon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    4 medium potatoes, quartered
    5 carrots, speared or sliced
    diced onion (optional)
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water; set aside.
    Wash and skin chicken.
    Place in baking dish.
    Add quartered potatoes and carrots.
    Pour dissolved bouillon over chicken, potatoes and carrots.
    Add diced onion.
    Season to taste.
    Cover.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can be cooked in microwave for 30 minutes on Full power.
    Baste occasionally.
