Diabetic Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
2 c. raisins
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Pour water into a small saucepan; add raisins.
Cook until water is dissolved.
Mix applesauce, sweetener, eggs and oil. Stir until well blended.
Add other ingredients; stir well.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan; bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
