Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained well
    2 c. herb stuffing mix
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese (4 oz. block)
    6 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Roll into walnut size balls and place on cookie sheet.
    Cover and freeze.
    Bake still frozen at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Excellent hors d'oeuvre.
