Sweet And Sour Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. brisket
    2 onions, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. ketchup
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a 13 x 9-inch pan, put onions and garlic in bottom.
    Place brisket on top.
    Mix all ingredients in bowl and pour over brisket.
    Cover; roast in 350\u00b0 oven until tender, approximately 4 hours.
    Yields 10 to 12 servings.
