White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 1/4 c. white sugar
    6 eggs
    1 (1 oz.) bottle brandy flavoring
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. flour for fruit and nuts
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 qt. pecans, chopped
    1 box white raisins
    1 lb. candied cherries (red and green)
    1 lb. candied pineapple, cut up
Preparation
    Sift together all dry ingredients.
    Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time.
    Mix in flavoring.
    Add dry ingredients. Fold in fruit and nuts.
    Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 or less for about 4 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    This is very good.
