Raisin And Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, peeled and shredded
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. raisins (soaked in pineapple juice to plump)
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
