Crock-Pot Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
    1 carrot, pared and sliced
    2 chopped onions
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    5 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    13 oz. can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Add ingredients except evaporated milk into a crock-pot. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 10 to 12 hours.
    During the last hour, stir in the evaporated milk.
    Makes 6 servings.
