Cheese And Spinach Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    4 oz. spaghetti or egg noodles, cooked and drained (about 2 c. cooked)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine egg, sour cream, milk, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, onion, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Stir in Monterey Jack cheese. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain.
    Add spinach and cooked spaghetti (or noodles); mix well.
    Put into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
    Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
    Bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until top is browned.
