Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 sweeteners
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 chopped apple
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Cook raisins and water, covered, until tender (about 5 minutes).
    Stir in mixture of sugar, sweeteners and flour.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until boiling. Boil 1 minute.
    Pour hot filling in pastry lined pan.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
