Triple Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off.
    In medium bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, sugar and salt.
    In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil and cream-style corn.
    Blend in dry ingredients stirring just until moistened.
    Stir in whole kernel corn.
    In deep fat fryer or heavy saucepan, drop batter by tablespoonfuls and fry in 2 to 3 inches of hot fat (365\u00b0) for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 28 fritters.
